Job Description
Project Manager overseeing healthcare IT projects for AirStrip. Planning, executing, and managing project delivery while adhering to project management methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the project management methodology
- Direct and manage delivery of projects from beginning to end
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Set and manage project expectations
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues within the project team
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties
- Conduct project postmortems and create recommendations report.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; in a technical field, healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or business with significant portions managing IT projects or technology deployment projects
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or actively in progress of obtaining
- 2+ years previous work experience in project support of similar experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
