Job Description

Implementation Project Manager delivering implementation and ongoing managed services at MeridianLink. Overseeing projects and ensuring client requirements are met with effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Predict potential problems within projects
  • Assist in tracking company goals and timelines
  • Produce or improve documentation
  • Facilitate communication with ML departments and senior roles
  • Manage unique company projects by creating implementation strategies, setting goals, scheduling, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress
  • Provide guidance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
  • Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
