Job Description
In-house Recruiter sourcing clinical research talent for Milestone One’s site-enabling services organization. Managing regional recruitment, candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring-manager partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process on a regional scale
- Develop, post, and maintain job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to positions and media platforms
- Proactively source potential candidates via job boards and social media
- Organize, conduct, and report on first-stage interviews and testing of job candidates, if applicable
- Ensure ongoing maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits benchmarks for each job position in conjunction with the Hiring Manager and HR Team
- Develop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within Milestone One
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs
- Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process
- Maintain a positive reputation of the company as an employer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience presenting the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting
- Experience implementing different recruitment methods and techniques
- Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Fluent English is a must
