Job Description
Influencer Marketing Manager leading growth strategies for influencer programs at Courtyard, a collectibles startup redefining the trading space. Creating high-impact partnerships and measurable business outcomes across various cultures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive influencer marketing roadmap aligned with Courtyard’s growth goals, cultural moments and product launches.
- Define how influencer marketing supports GMV growth, new buyer acquisition, retention and brand credibility.
- Balance always-on creator programs with tentpole activations and launches.
- Establish and grow influencer, partner programs across multiple tiers (macro, mid, micro).
- Identify, recruit and manage high-impact creators across collectibles, sports cards, gaming, luxury, and adjacent verticals.
- Structure partnerships that drive both authentic storytelling and measurable performance.
- Own influencer performance metrics, including CAC, GMV, conversion, cohort quality.
- Build scalable tracking, attribution and reporting frameworks in partnership with Growth , Data Science, and Engineering.
- Regularly communicate results, insights, and optimization opportunities to senior leadership.
- Partner closely with Creative Services to shape influencer briefs, content direction and campaign narratives.
- Ensure creator content aligns with Courtyard’s brand, product truth and audience.
- Continuously test formats, platforms and creator styles to improve performance.
- Proactively identify new creator ecosystems and cultural moments relevant to Courtyard’s audience.
- Implement AI driven workflows and automation systems to improve efficiency, scale partnerships and maximize returns.
- Serve as an internal expert on influencer and creator trends.
- Structure compelling deals and revenue share models that benefit both the creators and Courtyard.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or adjacent growth roles.
- Proven track record building and scaling influencer programs that drive real business outcomes, not just engagement.
- Strong understanding of creator economics, deal structures and long-term partnership models.
- Highly analytical mindset, comfortable tying influencer activity directly to revenue and associated business metrics.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Creatives, Product and Data teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and with creators.
- Background in consumer apps, marketplaces, or gaming strongly preferred.
