Job Description
Senior Customer Success Manager for a SaaS influencer marketing platform. Managing client relationships and driving account growth in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Build the onboarding playbook and health scoring
- Own a portfolio of brand accounts
- Onboard and train new customers
- Drive product adoption
- Advise brands on influencer marketing campaigns
- Engage with customers consistently
- Monitor usage signals to catch churn
- Own renewals, expansions, and upsells
- Provide feedback to Product based on customer insights
Requirements:
- Four or more years in customer success or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Experience in creator marketing
- Proactive approach to customer engagement
- Ability to build from scratch and create effective systems
- Data-literate
- AI experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong organizational abilities
