Job Description

Senior Customer Success Manager for a SaaS influencer marketing platform. Managing client relationships and driving account growth in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the onboarding playbook and health scoring
  • Own a portfolio of brand accounts
  • Onboard and train new customers
  • Drive product adoption
  • Advise brands on influencer marketing campaigns
  • Engage with customers consistently
  • Monitor usage signals to catch churn
  • Own renewals, expansions, and upsells
  • Provide feedback to Product based on customer insights

Requirements:

  • Four or more years in customer success or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in creator marketing
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Ability to build from scratch and create effective systems
  • Data-literate
  • AI experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
