Job Description

Chargé(e) de compte Influence chez NewGen, une agence créative sociale, exécutant des campagnes d'influence. Collaboration avec des clients dynamiques et culture sociale-first.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of influencer campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Identify, analyze and qualify influencer profiles on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and Instagram
  • Lead outreach and support contracting as well as coordinate creators and their agents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their representatives
  • Participate in content approval processes to ensure compliance with briefs and brand guidelines
  • Ensure smooth campaign execution during the activation phase, respecting timelines and deliverables
  • Work closely with senior teams to ensure cultural relevance and strategic coherence of campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign reports
  • Maintain active monitoring of trends, emerging creators and community dynamics
  • Contribute to pitches and business development opportunities (research, creative recommendations)
  • Participate in the team's commercial and operational processes

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or a similar field
  • Agency experience (a plus, not required)
  • A knowledge of and enthusiasm for gaming is a plus, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms and creators is essential
  • Understanding of creator ecosystems on Live Streaming, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong sensitivity to emerging creators and trends
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confident communication skills, comfortable working directly with clients and influencers
  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms such as Sprout or Streamcharts (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience in influencer research, outreach and campaign coordination
  • Ability to track performance and support reporting
  • Practical knowledge of ASA, CAP and FTC guidelines
