Job Description
Influencer Marketing Manager sourcing gifting-based influencer collaborations to boost brand engagement and visibility. Managing relationships, coordinating gifting processes, and analyzing campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers aligned with the brand’s values, target audience, and goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Plan and execute the gifting process, including managing product shipments and tracking delivery to influencers.
- Monitor influencer activities, ensuring timely posting and alignment with campaign guidelines.
- Gather and organize influencer-generated content for use across brand marketing channels.
- Analyze the results of gifting campaigns, including reach, engagement, and brand impact, to inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Provide regular updates on gifting campaign performance and insights to the broader team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles, preferably with a focus on gifting campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with influencers and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple influencer relationships, gifting processes, and campaign tracking simultaneously.
- Ability to identify creative opportunities for influencer partnerships that align with brand goals.
- Familiarity with tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Genuine interest in social media, influencer culture, and brand marketing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing priorities.
