Job Description
Sales Support Representative assisting Account Managers with order fulfillment and customer service. Engaging in client relationships to ensure satisfaction and smooth order processes in a technology solutions company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing
- Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business
- Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution
- Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed
- Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
