Job Description

Insurance Customer Service Representative responding to inquiries and processing policy updates in a U.S.-based insurance agency. Assisting with administrative processes and maintaining client records.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance policies
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates
  • Assist with certificate of insurance requests
  • Support policy renewals and follow-ups
  • Update and maintain client records in agency management systems
  • Communicate with carriers when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working for an insurance agency or brokerage
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Customer service experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organization
  • Comfortable working with CRM or agency management systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests
