Job Description
Insurance Customer Service Representative responding to inquiries and processing policy updates in a U.S.-based insurance agency. Assisting with administrative processes and maintaining client records.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance policies
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates
- Assist with certificate of insurance requests
- Support policy renewals and follow-ups
- Update and maintain client records in agency management systems
- Communicate with carriers when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for an insurance agency or brokerage
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail and strong organization
- Comfortable working with CRM or agency management systems
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests
