Job Description
Insurance Sales Assistant role focusing on providing insurance solutions remotely. Contributing to Unifisa Seguros' commercial growth and ensuring excellent client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle leads generated by the brokerage, profile the client and understand their needs.
- Prepare insurance quotes quickly and accurately.
- Negotiate with clients, offering the best terms and insurance solutions.
- Send proposals via the Teleport platform or directly to insurance carriers.
- Work with new policies and/or renewals.
- Provide personalized service, ensuring a unique customer experience.
- Meet sales targets, driving the company’s growth.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in sales or negotiation within the insurance market (preferably in auto insurance).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, focused on human-centered service and excellence in customer experience.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Comfortable working with targets and challenges, always aiming to exceed expectations.
- Availability to work remotely and to self-organize in a flexible environment.
- Experience selling insurance to leads generated through digital channels is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media and digital tools, able to use these platforms to prospect new clients.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and the Teleport platform to optimize service and proposal management.
