Job Description
Remote bilingual intake specialist qualifying personal injury cases for CEO Lawyer, a growing personal injury law firm. Handling leads, client intake, referrals, and case transfers.
Responsibilities:
- Review emails and chats for new leads, file setups, audits, and requested needs
- Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox
- Answer inbound calls from clients and leads
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team member
- Set up Filevine projects for new clients and requested tools
- Record comments, observations, and updates
- Review and register new contracts in Filevine
- Follow up on assigned leads and maintain lead quality
- Answer potential clients, ask probing questions, complete sign-in, or escalate calls
- Complete new-client intake and transfer cases to the Pre-Litigation department
- Send submission emails to the Pre-Litigation department
- Complete clinic referrals based on client location
- Participate in stand-up, daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
- Close contracts
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in English and Arabic
- 3 years of experience in remote sales or intake
- Sales background
- Experience in personal injury is a plus
- Own PC or laptop
- Wired connection to modem recommended
- Headset with noise canceling
- Quiet place to work
- Responsible for local taxes
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts (US time)
