Job Description
Integration Consultant implementing Philips’ cardiac information systems and HL7/DICOM interfaces for Canadian healthcare customers. Configuring systems, integrating RIS/HIS platforms, and diagnosing complex installation issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for assigned projects
- Share technical knowledge and expertise with customers and team members
- Assist in streamlining implementation methodology, documentation, and toolsets
- Interact cross-functionally to share product technical knowledge and expertise
- Complete assigned project tasks on schedule to gain customer acceptance
- Gather network information needed to configure IECG and IBE systems
- Configure and test installed IECG and IBE systems to meet customer requirements
- Implement interfaces between IECG and customers’ RIS/HIS systems
- Investigate and diagnose complex technical problems during installation until transfer to support
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field, or 5+ years of experience performing technical support/HL7 interfacing
- 5+ years of experience in an ECG information management system or PACS system
- Experience with Orion Rhapsody Interface Broker
- Experience with XML
- Experience working with Virtual Machine (VM) server environments
- Networking infrastructure/server architecture experience preferred
- Bilingual French and English skills, written and verbal, required
- Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- Canadian work authorization required
- Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future
