Job Description
Integration Specialist onboarding orthodontic practices to LightForce’s AI-driven, 3D-printed orthodontic platform. Delivering clinical training, workflow optimization, and customer adoption support across Calgary.
Responsibilities:
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and growth of LightForce’s orthodontic system in orthodontic practices
- Apply clinical expertise and knowledge of orthodontic office processes and workflows to identify growth opportunities and accelerate revenue and case volume
- Build relationships with doctors and staff by providing tailored clinical and operational insights and training
- Perform customer current-state assessments and create defined work paths to facilitate full system adoption
- Create and leverage training resources and implement processes and procedures with doctors and staff
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and leaders
- Provide clinical support to doctors for onboarding and full integration in orthodontic practices
- Foster positive relationships with practice teams using a consultative and collaborative approach
- Deliver clinical training and presentations virtually and in person to customers and internal audiences
- Jointly lead and manage new customer onboarding training strategy and assist with resource and tool development
- Work strategically with sales, marketing, and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities
- Mentor internal and external partners on best practices
- Monitor orthodontic organizations, trends, and industry changes
- Provide clinical input for new product development and software enhancements
- Use data and analytics to support customer decision-making
- Coordinate internal resources to optimize customer experience and promote LightForce solutions
- Diagnose results, lead triage and execution, communicate results to leadership, and manage multiple projects
- Independently manage travel bookings and expense reporting
- Identify and complete critical tasks independently with urgency
Requirements:
- Clinical certification in dentistry or Orthodontics (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA etc.)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the related health industry specifically Orthodontics
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time via plane
