Job Description
International Business Manager overseeing franchisee operations primarily in Japan and Korea for a multi-brand restaurant company. Responsible for business growth, coaching, and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business partnership with local partners and licensees
- Provide constructive feedback and consultation on business initiatives and short/mid-and long-term planning
- Manage multiple stakeholders internal and external
- Work with cross-functional teams and Direct Manager for partners/Licensees to achieve business targets, growth, and profitability
- Coach and train new Inspire incomers for fast adaptation into the role
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in small to medium franchisee general management or large franchisee Director of Ops experience
- Fluency in communicating in English and ability to read, write & speak the language(s) in the assigned region (Korean and Japanese)
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical and operational training
- Strong relationship building skills; able to motivate and coach with excellent communication skills
