Job Description
Interview Engineer facilitating technical interviews with software developers for Karat's Community. Evaluating coding skills and creating enjoyable candidate experiences remotely in Finland.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate technical interviews with software developers
- Create enjoyable candidate experiences
- Evaluate candidate performance and coding skills
- Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable Internet connection
- Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms)
