Job Description
Consultant responsible for assisting clients in financial investments at AUVP Capital. The role involves proactive client communication and portfolio management for optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide client service through digital contact channels such as chat, WhatsApp, phone, and email, maintaining regular follow-ups
- Deliver proactive service by anticipating clients' needs
- Stay continuously up to date on the macroeconomic environment, market opportunities, and financial products
- Continuously monitor clients' investment portfolios with a focus on their objectives
- Manage your client portfolio, focusing on producing forecasts and shortening the commercial cycle to meet targets
- Demonstrate agility in optimizing processes and internal controls.
Requirements:
- University degree in a field related to investments or economics
- CEA/ANBIMA certification
- Ability to prepare reports
- Knowledge of financial products (Fixed Income, Funds, Equities/Variable Income, Pension/Retirement products, Foreign Exchange, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Team spirit and collaboration
- Proactive in offering solutions
- Ease in communicating with managers and clients
- Dashboard-building skills (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advantageous)
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in constantly changing environments (advantageous)
- Banking experience and client service experience (advantageous).
