Job Description
iPaaS Integration Engineer serving as the technical backbone of Dynatron’s solutions. Designing and operating automated integration workflows across Sales, Finance, HR, Product, and Customer Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of an iPaaS platform that best supports Dynatron’s current and future integration needs
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of the selected iPaaS solution
- Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure integration workflows connecting enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, HR, and customer platforms
- Develop integration processes to synchronize data across systems
- Implement robust data transformations and mappings to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems
- Build automated workflows supporting employee onboarding and offboarding by integrating HR systems with downstream applications
- Enable 360-degree customer visibility by connecting decentralized Sales, Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance systems
- Design and manage REST and SOAP APIs across internal and third-party systems
- Proactively monitor integration health and performance
- Produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks for integrations
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and IT teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major iPaaS platform (e.g., Workato, Dell Boomi, Tray.io)
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, APIs, and asynchronous workflows
- Deep familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce or Sugar CRM, Jira, and customer support or success tools
- Strong knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and SQL for data analysis and validation
- Proven ability to debug complex integration workflows and manage failure scenarios
- Ability to create clear technical diagrams (UML or similar) and operational documentation
- Comfortable collaborating across functions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
