Job Description

IT Specialist providing technical support for a no-code AI workflow platform. Maintaining IT systems and ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to employees
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications
  • Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently
  • Assist in managing user accounts, access, and permissions
  • Support system updates, backups, and basic security maintenance
  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes and assets
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or vendors when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
