Job Description
IT Specialist providing technical support for a no-code AI workflow platform. Maintaining IT systems and ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications
- Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently
- Assist in managing user accounts, access, and permissions
- Support system updates, backups, and basic security maintenance
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and assets
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or vendors when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
