Job Description
Ehrenamtliche Leitung von IT-Infrastruktur und Verwaltungsabläufen bei Bundesverbraucherhilfe e.V., einem deutschen Verbraucherschutzverband. Verantwortung für Systeme, Datenschutz, Zugänge und interne Organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for IT infrastructure, website, member portal, and communication tools
- Management of user access, permissions, and data backups
- Implementation of data protection and information security requirements in collaboration with the responsible teams
- Organization of administrative processes at the national office, such as filing, incoming mail, and templates
- Management of external service providers and selection of suitable tools
- Training volunteers on the systems in use
- Ensuring that volunteers can work effectively and securely
Requirements:
- Experience in IT administration, digitalization, or administrative organization
- Basic understanding of data protection and information security
- Solution-oriented approach and patience when supporting others
- Structured, well-documented way of working
- Reliability and discretion when handling data
- A formal qualification is not required; practical experience is what matters
