Job Description

IT Support Engineer maintaining hardware and software infrastructure at Red Cup IT, Inc. Responsible for incident response and system optimization with a focus on user support.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and technical support as first point of contact
  • Manage hardware and software lifecycle including provisioning and maintenance
  • Oversight of network and infrastructure ensuring device connectivity
  • Manage user access and security protocols
  • Create documentation and training for internal IT processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in troubleshooting & technical support
  • Knowledge in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Experience with cloud/SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure)
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation)
