Job Description
IT Support Engineer maintaining hardware and software infrastructure at Red Cup IT, Inc. Responsible for incident response and system optimization with a focus on user support.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and technical support as first point of contact
- Manage hardware and software lifecycle including provisioning and maintenance
- Oversight of network and infrastructure ensuring device connectivity
- Manage user access and security protocols
- Create documentation and training for internal IT processes
Requirements:
- Experience in troubleshooting & technical support
- Knowledge in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Experience with cloud/SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure)
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation)
