Job Description
SAP MRO analyst advancing Pratt & Whitney’s aircraft-engine operations through SAP S/4HANA transformation. Configuring SAP Production Planning and integrating enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform system configurations, customization, and maintenance within specific SAP modules
- Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream
- Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications
- Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents
- Work in cross-functional teams to integrate Operations with other enterprise applications
- Lead or participate in ERP-related projects and align stakeholders on vision, scope, schedule, and budget
- Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities using standard application configurations
- Provide knowledge transfer to post-go-live support teams
- Travel based on business/project needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and 8+ years of applicable work experience, OR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of applicable work experience
- 5+ years of SAP configuration experience in the SAP Production Planning module
- SAP S/4 experience desired
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical skills
- Project management experience
- U.S. citizenship required
- SAP certification (ECC/S4) or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape preferred
- Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives preferred
- Ability and availability to travel based on business/project needs
