Job Description
JavaScript Support Engineer building website and Email Service Provider integrations for an AdTech company. Developing tracking, personalization, automation, and data synchronization solutions for international customers.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain website and ESP integrations
- Configure event tracking, customer data synchronization, and identity resolution workflows
- Develop custom JavaScript functionality for onsite campaigns and personalized customer experiences
- Support ESP migrations and third-party platform integrations
- Build and maintain data integration workflows and automation processes
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and deliver reliable solutions
- Assess technical feasibility of new requirements and provide implementation estimates
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams during onboarding and ongoing support
- Contribute to technical documentation and integration best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial experience with Vanilla JavaScript (ECMAScript 5+)
- Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations
- Practical experience with jQuery
- Experience with Chrome DevTools and browser debugging
- Knowledge of Email Service Provider integration workflows
- Ability to develop custom JavaScript logic for onsite experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to code quality
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Upper-Intermediate English level
