Job Description

Ivalua Consultant driving project implementation for digital procurement transformation in a family-oriented company. Engage in Ivalua projects focusing on delivery and client interaction while fostering personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in Ivalua projects with a focus on implementation and delivery
  • Configuration and implementation of solutions on the Ivalua platform
  • Translating business requirements into functional system solutions
  • Performing testing, error analysis, and optimizations during ongoing projects
  • Supporting workshops, with a clear emphasis on system implementation
  • Close coordination with clients, developers, and project managers
  • Taking ownership of specific deliverables within the project

Requirements:

  • Experience working with the Ivalua platform
  • Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
  • At least 2–5 years of project experience (S2P, P2P or related)
  • Ivalua certification, at least L1 and L2
  • Strong interest in hands-on implementation, configuration, and problem-solving
  • Understanding of purchasing processes and their technical mapping
  • Structured, pragmatic working approach and a hands-on mentality
  • German and English at least C1 level
