Job Description
Ivalua Consultant driving project implementation for digital procurement transformation in a family-oriented company. Engage in Ivalua projects focusing on delivery and client interaction while fostering personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in Ivalua projects with a focus on implementation and delivery
- Configuration and implementation of solutions on the Ivalua platform
- Translating business requirements into functional system solutions
- Performing testing, error analysis, and optimizations during ongoing projects
- Supporting workshops, with a clear emphasis on system implementation
- Close coordination with clients, developers, and project managers
- Taking ownership of specific deliverables within the project
Requirements:
- Experience working with the Ivalua platform
- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
- At least 2–5 years of project experience (S2P, P2P or related)
- Ivalua certification, at least L1 and L2
- Strong interest in hands-on implementation, configuration, and problem-solving
- Understanding of purchasing processes and their technical mapping
- Structured, pragmatic working approach and a hands-on mentality
- German and English at least C1 level
