Job Description

Junior BPM Developer building enterprise automation solutions for BP3's global clients. Joining a Camunda partner with training toward BPM and software architecture careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Use technical skills to solve complex business and system problems for business automation solutions
  • Develop enterprise software as part of BP3's Process Automation team
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to produce final deliverables
  • Work with Project Managers or Agile/SCRUM teams to estimate work and contribute to project planning
  • Integrate software with REST services and handle JSON payloads
  • Progress toward Camunda Developer and future architecture roles through company-provided training

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in enterprise software development or 2+ years working in a development team
  • Full understanding of source control principles; Git ideally, or Perforce/SVN
  • Familiarity with software development practices including analysis, requirements, design, implementation, testing, acceptance, and maintenance
  • Proficiency writing professional, documented, well-tested code
  • Experience providing estimates and contributing to project plans with a Project Manager, or working in an Agile/SCRUM team
  • Experience integrating REST services and handling JSON payloads
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external project stakeholders
  • Experience with BPM/workflow and BPMN is preferred
  • Experience with low-code application development, iPaaS, and/or RPA/IA is preferred
  • Familiarity with software and architectural patterns is preferred
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL is preferred
  • Docker knowledge is preferred
  • DevOps exposure, especially building pipelines, is preferred
  • Experience with DMN, CI/CD, containers, agile methods, cloud computing infrastructure, or Kubernetes is optional
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Computer Science
