Job Description
Provide data entry and administrative support in Learning Management System for GP Strategies Corporation. Full-time, remote position performing various tasks related to training management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide data entry, administrative and service support to customers by transacting requests in the Learning Management System.
- Learning Activity / Training Plan Management
- Create learning activities
- Modify learning activity properties
- Inactivate learning activities
- Training Assignment
- Assign and unassign learners
- Add and remove learning activities from assignment vehicles
- Inactivate Assignment Vehicles
- Catalog Management
- Add learning activities
- Maintain learning activities
- Delete learning activities
- Session Management
- Schedule class & sessions
- Instructor confirmation
- Location confirmation
- Cancel class/sessions
- Roster Management
- Manage waitlist
- Cancel student enrollment
- Substitute students
- Reschedule students
- Student registration (Student Registration, Batch Enrollment)
- Management of Automated Document Loader Solution
- Review and resolve errors
- Help desk ticket resolution and phone call support
- Assist with LMS reporting for Audit/Inspection support
- Reporting – Managed Reports, Customized Reports
- Evaluations/Surveys (MTM) – set up data entry, reporting
- Role Request Management
- Create and route Role Requests for LMS and reporting
Requirements:
- 2+ years work experience within a customer service field utilizing hands-on use of computers, data entry, Internet, and email
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- SumTotal knowledge preferred
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry preferred
