Job Description
Gerente de Projetos TI Sênior para liderar projetos estratégicos de tecnologia, garantindo entregas de alto impacto dentro do prazo e qualidade esperados.
Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and maintenance of the roadmap for products under parallel development;
- Support the strategy for chained deployment of software releases;
- Plan release deliveries for deployment;
- Support the prioritization of the product backlog;
- Assist client coordinators in project planning, execution, and control; monitor sprint progress to help ensure commitments are met in terms of schedule, cost, and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a degree in any field plus a postgraduate degree in IT;
- Experience with:
- Software development project management
- Planning, estimation, and schedule control
- Risk management and decision analysis
- Management of multidisciplinary teams
- Communication with technical and executive stakeholders
- Knowledge of frameworks and practices such as:
- Scrum
- SAFe
- Lean Kanban
- Lean Startup
- Project Model Canvas
