Job Description
Analista de Desenvolvimento de Talentos Junior responsible for implementing learning strategies at Libbs, a Brazilian pharmaceutical company promoting health for over 65 years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the learning strategy for the manufacturing site, using training methodologies and tools that promote the acquisition of technical and behavioral knowledge, reinforce the company's strategy, and respect the specific characteristics of each audience.
- Design and implement programs to build knowledge and skills, ensuring employees acquire the technical, behavioral and operational mastery required for the safe and effective performance of their roles.
- Ensure employees are trained in the use of tools and systems and that mandatory trainings required by regulatory standards and essential to the role are completed.
- Prepare and deliver trainings (face-to-face and online), and facilitate learning groups according to needs identified with business areas to ensure knowledge alignment across teams and shifts.
- Conduct surveys and identify development needs with the plant areas through frequent alignments and monitoring of their operational processes.
- Analyze requests with a critical (technical and strategic) perspective, prioritizing actions that strengthen performance, safety, productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with subject-matter areas in hiring training consultancies and external suppliers for manufacturing environment trainings, validating content, methodologies and formats to ensure consistency with internal guidelines and effectiveness in knowledge dissemination.
- Responsible for governance, validation and feedback on requests for External Courses aimed at the plant areas, ensuring compliance with the Program policy. For in‑company trainings applied in the manufacturing environment, the analyst participates in contracting consultancies and/or suppliers together with the subject-matter areas, assessing needs and validating content, formats and knowledge-management strategy for what was trained.
- Ensure efficient management of financial resources, aligned with company guidelines and policies, promoting responsible budget use and prioritizing initiatives that support operations and the technical development of the manufacturing team.
- Participate in interdisciplinary working groups, contributing to projects that require learning practices, technical development and improvement of operational performance.
- Record and monitor performance indicators for developed trainings, creating action plans in partnership with interface areas whenever improvement opportunities are identified that impact safety, quality, productivity or process adherence.
- Track market trends and innovations related to training, incorporating best practices and models into the plant's trainings to ensure continuous updates and prepare employees for the challenges of their roles.
- Communicate area and institutional guidelines and policies to managers and service areas, ensuring understanding, adherence and compliance with the rules and development programs managed by Talent Development.
- Plan, organize and conduct technical onboarding training for new manufacturing and logistics center employees, held in person and weekly at our factory in Embu das Artes, ensuring new hires receive the necessary knowledge to work safely, productively and aligned with Libbs' quality, culture and process standards.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Active Learning/Training Methodologies
- Introductory knowledge of Instructional Design
- Ability to build low-complexity learning paths
- Basic skills with authoring platforms (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Rise), including basic video creation and editing or similar tools
- Familiarity with training tools (LMS, Forms, Kahoot, etc.)
- Industrial experience (preferably in a regulated environment)
- Experience with automation and AI applied to training
