Job Description
Learning Specialist overseeing delivery of learning programs at EY. Ensuring alignment with business priorities and high-quality execution of training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of learning programs
- Drive alignment to business priorities while ensuring high-quality execution
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Training and Development, or related discipline required
- Experience working in Learning or a strong interest in developing a career in Learning
- Strong program and project management skills
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in learning systems and digital collaboration tools, including SuccessFactors, Miro, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
