Job Description

Remote Technical Support Analyst providing assistance to users on ERP systems and point of sale. Engaging with clients via various communication channels for support and system updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support to system users;
  • Receive, analyze, and follow up on tickets through the internal ticketing tool;
  • Handle support requests related to POS or ERP systems;
  • Manage support via chat, WhatsApp, and phone calls;
  • Assist with user questions and system configurations;
  • Support requests related to peripheral devices;
  • Maintain the system by keeping information up to date.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ERP and POS systems;
  • Certifications in technology/IT;
  • Knowledge of TEF (electronic payment integration) and fiscal invoices (Notas Fiscais / NF-e);
  • Currently studying or graduated in IT or a related field.
