Job Description
Operations Executive for KSA's Exclusive Supply & Fulfillment team at Justlife. Ensuring bookings are met, customer issues resolved, and operational efficiency maintained in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- drive fulfillment rate up by closing supply-demand gaps before they cost us a booking
- keep professional utilization healthy and reduce unfulfillment week over week
- resolve customer issues with empathy and speed so satisfaction scores keep rising
- own clean, accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and quality so the team decides on facts, not guesses
- run outbound calls to quality-grading standards and contribute to projects that make the operation faster and better
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in operations or customer support
- Fluent Arabic and solid working English
- Genuine analytical rigor: comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, reading metrics, and acting on what the numbers tell you
- Experience in the service industry or an on-demand/marketplace business (nice to have)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tooling (nice to have)
