Job Description
L3 Support Engineer ensuring stability and performance of AIM's cloud-based systems. Leading troubleshooting and mentoring L1/L2 engineers in automation and AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of AIM's systems
- Own high-severity production incidents end to end
- Design and improve AI-driven support workflows
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers
Requirements:
- 5–8 years in Production Support, Support Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
- 3 years handling L2/L3 escalations in cloud or distributed systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, infrastructure, and integrations
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes in ITSM tools
- Scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Working knowledge of API integrations
- Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Practical experience with AI-driven workflows
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks
- Certifications in ITIL, Azure/AWS/GCP, or AI/ML disciplines preferred
