Job Description
Senior Lawyer ensuring excellence in legal solutions for corporate consulting and M&A. Leading complex demands and strategic contracts while managing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure technical excellence and strategic consistency of the practice’s corporate legal solutions by handling complex matters, strategic contracts and M&A transactions, focusing on risk mitigation, value creation for clients’ businesses and strengthening the firm’s institutional positioning.
- Ensure that clients’ legal decisions are supported by deep, up-to-date analyses aligned with their business objectives; lead the team technically, validate deliverables and drive the evolution of advisory solutions with a long-term vision, innovation and high quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership on complex corporate advisory matters, strategic contracts and M&A transactions.
- Define legal strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Manage legal relationships with strategic clients.
- Review and validate technical deliverables produced by the team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law.
- Postgraduate degree in Corporate/Business Law.
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- More than 7 years of professional experience in corporate advisory, contracts, real estate and M&A.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory; there will be a proficiency test).
- Proven experience handling strategic and complex transactions.
