Job Description

Providing legal counsel for Mesalvo, a healthcare technology firm, managing contracts and risk assessments. Collaborating with teams to improve operations and legal processes while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • You advise internal departments and senior management on legal matters.
  • You review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier contracts as well as complex individual agreements.
  • You handle corporate law matters and ensure reliable implementation.
  • You convey legal knowledge through trainings and informational materials.
  • You coordinate our trademark portfolio together with external law firms.
  • You develop processes and tools further and actively help shape a modern Legal Operations management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Law or Law (First State Exam).
  • Solid experience independently reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex IT contracts.
  • You identify legal risks early and develop pragmatic solutions.
  • Knowledge of Legal Operations and ideas for improving efficient processes.
  • Convincing negotiation skills and an independent, structured and proactive way of working.
  • Fluent German and confident English in an international contracting environment.
