Job Description
Providing legal counsel for Mesalvo, a healthcare technology firm, managing contracts and risk assessments. Collaborating with teams to improve operations and legal processes while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- You advise internal departments and senior management on legal matters.
- You review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier contracts as well as complex individual agreements.
- You handle corporate law matters and ensure reliable implementation.
- You convey legal knowledge through trainings and informational materials.
- You coordinate our trademark portfolio together with external law firms.
- You develop processes and tools further and actively help shape a modern Legal Operations management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Law or Law (First State Exam).
- Solid experience independently reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex IT contracts.
- You identify legal risks early and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Knowledge of Legal Operations and ideas for improving efficient processes.
- Convincing negotiation skills and an independent, structured and proactive way of working.
- Fluent German and confident English in an international contracting environment.
