Job Description
Autonomous lawyer managing general legal and tax demands of medium complexity. Supporting internal legal team and elaborating legal documents, requiring fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently on general legal and tax matters of low to medium complexity, ensuring technical quality, meeting deadlines, and providing consistent client support.
- Draft procedural documents and legal opinions.
- Support the in-house legal team on all legal matters, including tax matters of low to medium complexity.
- Participate in technical meetings with the client.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of substantive and procedural Corporate and Tax Law.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate and tax litigation and advisory work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Postgraduate degree/specialization in Tax Law is desirable.
- Fluent English (mandatory; a leveling/proficiency test will be administered).
