Job Description
Legal consultant at a business law firm specializing in advisory for restructuring and insolvency sectors. Involved in client management, project structure creation, and IT solutions implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing client/matter support and business development
- Support in expanding the Restructuring & Insolvency practice area
- Establishing structures
- Implementing IT solutions, among other tasks
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly advising companies in crisis, insolvency plan and StaRUG proceedings, defending company directors against liability claims, and insolvency avoidance actions
- Strong communicator with drive, able to work independently and highly team-oriented
- Excellent relevant qualifications, ideally top exam results
- Meticulous work ethic and a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to travel (approximately twice a month for two days in Berlin)
