Job Description
Advogado Pleno atuando em demandas consumeristas em home office para um escritório de advocacia multinacional. Proporcionando liderança, gestão de equipe e desenvolvimento de estratégias jurídicas.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership skills and strategic vision
- Client relationship management
- Team management and KPI monitoring
- Develop preventive and contentious strategies and implement actions to improve resolution rates
- Manage consumer law cases with technical autonomy
- Analyze risks and define legal strategies in collaboration with leadership
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience handling consumer law matters
- Fluent English
- Law degree (completed)
- Strong knowledge of Consumer Law – experience dealing with PROCONs (consumer protection agencies)
- Experience with judicial and extrajudicial proceedings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
