Job Description
Landscape Supervisor responsible for managing landscape operations at Nouria Energy, ensuring standards and supervising crews in Massachusetts. Training and scheduling required for effective project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and budgets for landscape operations
- Train crews and ensure site maintenance meets company standards
- Create job schedules and adjust for weather or staffing
- Supervise equipment and maintain safety protocols
Requirements:
- Ability to manage a large scale landscape operation
- Ability to train crews in safe operations
- Proficient with all landscaping duties including planting and maintenance
- Ability to operate various mechanical equipment
