Job Description
Lead Growth Analyst driving growth analytics and strategy for Branch, an AI-based lending fintech. Manage a team of analysts to shape user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the growth metrics framework (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization)
- Identify key levers across the funnel and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Partner with leadership to translate business goals into measurable growth plans
- Build and standardize A/B testing and experimentation frameworks across Product and Marketing
- Drive hypothesis generation, prioritization, and impact measurement
- Own end-to-end funnel visibility across marketing → onboarding → engagement → conversion
- Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and hidden constraints in the user journey
- Manage and mentor Product and Marketing Analysts
- Set analytical standards, review outputs, and ensure high-quality insights
- Act as a strategic partner to Product, Marketing, Credit, and Business teams
- Ensure robust, scalable dashboards and reporting for growth metrics
- Drive improvements in data quality, tracking, and instrumentation
Requirements:
- 7+ years in analytics, with strong exposure to growth/product/marketing analytics
- Experience in consumer tech / fintech / high-growth startups
- Prior experience managing analysts and leading projects end-to-end
- Prior experience of scaling analytics functions
- Strong SQL + Python skills
- Ability to move from data → insight → business action
- Leading strategic projects end to end (Ideation to execution to impact measurement)
- High ownership — thinks like a business owner, not just an analyst
