Job Description
Growth marketing specialist testing paid and emerging channels for MaintainX, a mobile-first industrial work execution platform. Managing experiments, budgets, analytics, and scalable acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Design and run structured tests across paid social media, streaming audio, direct mail, programmatic advertising, and other emerging channels
- Manage a growth testing budget by reallocating spend toward what performs
- Take full ownership of one or two channels within 6 to 12 months
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to decide which experiments to scale, adjust, or stop
- Present recommendations to marketing and sales leaders
- Use AI tools for creative testing, automation, and optimization
- Build testing frameworks and documentation
- Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing teams
- Generate pipeline for MaintainX and build the foundation for future core marketing investments
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience managing performance campaigns and budgets across paid social media, programmatic advertising, content syndication, or similar demand-generation channels
- Experience co-managing $250,000–$500,000 or more in annual performance marketing spend
- Demonstrated track record of structuring rigorous tests, measuring impact, and developing clear recommendations
- Experience in growth or B2B performance marketing, ideally in SaaS
- Comfortable using analytics tools and a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau) to derive insights and take action
- Practical experience using AI tools in campaign or creative workflows
- Experience with offline channels, such as direct mail or streaming audio
- Experience with paid search (Google/Bing), which is not part of this role
