Job Description
Lead Back-End Engineer responsible for designing and building data infrastructure for web applications. Join Truelogic to drive digital transformation projects with innovative clients across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Define the back-end architecture, hosting approach, and overall development strategy for complex web applications.
- Lead CMS implementations and migrations, including content modeling and ETL process design.
- Design and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL services to support modern front-end experiences.
- Partner with DevOps teams to support infrastructure, environments, CI/CD pipelines, and hosting platforms.
- Own the server-side architecture, ensuring secure, high-performing, and scalable data delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong back-end engineering experience with technologies such as Node.js, Deno, or Bun, along with a solid foundation in TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of Sanity.io and experience working with composable CMS platforms and content architecture.
- Strong understanding of full-stack application design, especially the interaction between back-end systems and React/Next.js front-ends.
- Experience with testing, automation, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
