Job Description

Lead Compensation Analyst overseeing global pay reporting, equity analysis, and compensation systems. Supporting HubSpot’s AI-powered customer platform through compliant, transparent compensation practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end process for statutory pay reporting obligations in the US and internationally
  • Serve as HubSpot’s internal expert on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and translate regulatory requirements into compensation processes and policies
  • Lead annual and ad-hoc salary survey submissions across Radford and Comptryx, ensuring data integrity and appropriate job matching
  • Act as the primary Compensation Systems SME for Pave, Compa, Comptryx, Radford, and Workday
  • Maintain system integrity, troubleshoot issues, and partner with HRIS on enhancements and implementations
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance teams on country-specific statutory pay reporting deliverables
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and equity concerns and provide leadership recommendations
  • Support compensation policy and standard operating procedure design, documentation, and maintenance
  • Advise People Business Partners and Total Rewards stakeholders on pay transparency requirements
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for compensation data, pay equity metrics, and survey benchmarking
  • Monitor pay reporting mandates and recommend compliance process or policy updates

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its implications for compensation program design, reporting, and disclosure
  • Strong understanding of US and international statutory pay reporting requirements, including pay equity and gender pay gap reporting obligations
  • Hands-on experience with compensation systems and survey tools
  • Proficiency with Pave, Compa, Comptryx, Radford, and Workday strongly preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills with large datasets, model building, and complex compensation data analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process compliance
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent reporting cycles
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal direction
  • Comfort with ambiguity and proactive issue resolution
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred but not required
