Job Description

Senior Producer delivering large B2B events for Fortune 500 clients at LEO Events. Managing budgets, vendors, video production, teams, and live event execution remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce all aspects of B2B events, including budgeting, hiring, client interaction, reconciliation, and execution
  • Create, maintain, and reconcile accurate event budgets while ensuring required margins
  • Negotiate vendor deals and secure freelancers and third-party support
  • Develop proposals, scopes, show budgets, and required production elements with creative, media, and meeting services teams
  • Supervise video production, including timelines, production schedules, remote shoots, and client deliverables
  • Coordinate pre-production creative elements, technical staging, talent, freelancers, schedules, show flows, deadlines, and client deliverables
  • Direct production coordinators and/or associate producers in LEO-central communications
  • Manage flawless on-site event execution and coordinate creative, talent, production, and technical teams
  • Identify and manage PCNs as needed
  • Reconcile post-show invoices, contracts, and budgets
  • Create physical and digital post-show asset folders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years' experience producing large B2B events for Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience with virtual event platforms
  • Strong budgeting and project management skills
  • Tech savvy with a solid understanding of business software applications
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Keynote, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, Asana, and other basic software
  • Ability to manage teams and work independently
  • Excellent mentorship qualities
  • Strong executive presence and confident decision-making
  • Proven ability to manage production with budgets exceeding $1 million
  • Highly organized communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts/projects in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive approach to anticipating and handling assignments and potential conflicts
  • Able and willing to travel 20+%
  • Able and willing to work nights and/or weekends as needed
  • Able to work remotely
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Some standing and walking, and extended seated computer work required
