Job Description
Lead Credit and Collections Analyst responsible for administering credit functions in the commercial construction industry. Ensuring compliance and overseeing credit information processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering and providing oversight for a wide variety of credit and collection functions.
- Ensures compliance with established guidelines, reviews and monitors credit sources, credit files, customer applications and delinquent accounts.
- Oversees the process of gathering, compiling, and maintaining basic credit information.
- Maintains records on credit risks, delinquent accounts and incomplete files.
- Responds to all communications and requests for assistance from the branches in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility
- Commercial construction industry collection experience in the NY market - REQUIRED
- Experience with Oracle and getpaid - Preferred
- Lien and Bond claim experience
- Must be good working with customers (potential for customer facing)
