Job Description
Lead Product Designer shaping AI security and agentic workflows. Designing scalable cybersecurity experiences for Immersive One, a global cyber resilience platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design of high-quality, scalable product experiences from approach definition through prototyping, validation, detailed design, delivery, and iteration
- Pioneer intelligent automation and generative AI in user flows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making speed
- Transform complex cybersecurity data into intuitive interfaces for investigation, analysis, and response
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights with research teams
- Champion Object-Oriented UX to create reusable components and streamlined workflows aligned with platform entities
- Govern the design system for cross-product consistency, accessibility, and intelligent adaptability
- Use customer insights, behavioural analytics, and success metrics to inform priorities and measure product impact
- Collaborate with engineering partners on thoughtful, consistent, and scalable feature implementation
- Own product problems from discovery and definition through validation, delivery, and iteration
- Shape AI-powered and agentic experiences within the Immersive One enterprise cybersecurity platform
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in product or UX design, particularly within complex SaaS enterprise, data-driven, and platform environments
- Experience with AI-powered features, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, or AI-native products is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience designing complex enterprise UX, ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or technical platforms
- Experience shaping design direction across complex products while remaining hands-on in execution
- Ability to partner strategically with product, engineering, and research teams
- Expertise in systems thinking, sophisticated interaction design, and data-connected workflows
- Comfortable using emerging AI tools and rapidly testing ideas with Product and Engineering
- Familiarity with or strong interest in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX), advanced information architecture, and data modeling principles
- Ability to define, track, and analyze success metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to influence and align diverse, senior-level stakeholders
- Must be based in the UK
- Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
