Job Description
Lead Software Engineer building secure, scalable web applications for First Advantage’s workplace risk solutions. Driving frontend architecture, AI-enabled engineering, security, privacy, and organizational technology adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver large-scale, customer-facing web applications in production environments
- Implement security, privacy, and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
- Apply secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles
- Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to improve developer productivity, software quality, and delivery outcomes
- Lead organizational change and drive adoption of new technologies and engineering practices
- Influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering large-scale, customer-facing web applications in production environments
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, Angular, and React
- Deep understanding of modern frontend architectures, Web Components, and reusable design systems
- Demonstrated experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools to improve developer productivity, software quality, and delivery outcomes across the development lifecycle
- Proven ability to lead organizational change, drive adoption of new technologies and engineering practices, and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions
