Job Description
Lead Systems Engineer in the ODP Corporation maintaining quality technology solutions. Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in B2B and B2C.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to translate technical needs
- Oversee the creation, management, and execution of test plans and test cases
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure teams can successfully develop and test applications
- Lead processes and create utilities to optimize the test suite
- Mentorship of junior engineers and oversight of QA processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in QA, Agile Methodology, CICD, eCommerce
- Strong expertise in Akamai CloudTest, JMeter, HP Load Runner, SQL, AS400, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, QA tools like qTest, JIRA, Selenium
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead QA team members Onsite and Offshore
- Experience with automation and performance testing
- Basic knowledge of HTML for inspect element
- Ability to write SQL
- Must have experience working with onsite and offshore teams
