Job Description

Lead cross-functional technical programs and R&D Operations at Silverfort. Improve releases, tooling, processes, and delivery for its identity security platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional programs across R&D, IT, and Security
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk logs to keep stakeholders aligned on scope and status
  • Drive release management, including release calendars, readiness criteria, and go/no-go decisions across engineering teams
  • Identify risks and blockers early, drive them to resolution, and escalate proactively to keep programs on track
  • Track KPIs for R&D quality and efficiency, and present insights to company leadership to drive data-informed decisions
  • Lead and develop the R&D Operations team through coaching, priority setting, and performance management
  • Improve R&D processes, tooling, and system integrations while partnering with IT and Security to meet compliance standards

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a team lead or people manager, ideally in technical program management, R&D operations, or engineering operations
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional technical projects in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with end-to-end release management and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Well organized, able to prioritize and manage several concurrent workteams and raise the right flags when needed across different management teams
  • Solid technical background, including APIs, system integrations, and architecture docs
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong AI orientation, including fluent, frequent use of modern AI tools (Anthropic, OpenAI, and similar) in real working contexts and a habit of reaching for them first when tackling new problems
  • Cybersecurity background, on-prem and networking knowledge, experience with technology integrations (APIs, third-party tools), or a BA/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — an advantage

Benefits:

  • Culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Coaching, priority setting, and performance management opportunities through leading and developing the R&D Operations team
