Job Description
Staff Technical Program Manager driving complex AI-first engineering programs at AlphaSense. Improving delivery velocity across Engineering, Security, and Product.
Responsibilities:
- Drive timely end-to-end delivery of technical programs across multiple Engineering domains and geographies in an AI-first SDLC
- Understand roadmaps and align technical strategy with business goals across Engineering, Security, and Product
- Raise the collective technical bar for program management through influence, mentorship, and collaboration
- Solve problems, improve processes, remove bottlenecks, and share updates using AI-assisted approaches
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering leadership
- Software development background with programming language proficiency and ability to participate in architectural reviews
- Extensive experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code)
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities
- Expert-level knowledge of API-first products
- Exposure to MCP, authz/authn, and modern application engineering
- Proven track record leading large-scale, complex technical rollouts across multiple business units
