Job Description
Legal Assistant providing operational support for client communications and document management. The role entails organization, communication with clients, and management of workflows in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain organized records and communication tracking.
- Request, collect, and follow up on required documents.
- Interact with clients professionally through email and occasional phone communication.
- Support business transactional work as needed.
- Ensure tasks and processes are completed without delays or oversights.
- Schedule calls and coordinate calendars.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable interacting with clients professionally.
- Proficient in CRM Lawcus.
