Job Description
Licensed therapist providing outpatient telehealth mental healthcare through Brave Health. Treating diverse Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial-plan patients remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver mental health treatment remotely from a home workspace
- Partner with clients to achieve their goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Diagnose or work with mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
- See approximately six clients per day, totaling 30 client care hours weekly
- Provide care to patients across the lifespan, including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health plan populations
- Work Monday–Friday during a 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm Eastern shift
- Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets
Requirements:
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to use comprehensive assessments
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required for expansion
- Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week
